    A: Due to the nature of our work, no refunds may be given.

    Q: How do I get on the waiting list?
    -

    A: An initial, non-refundable 50% deposit is required to place your name on our waiting list, if needed, or to start your website. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to installation of the design/layout. All amounts must be in U.S. dollars. After payment is made, you will have 30 days to email me your design ideas to get started. If I do not hear from you within that time or if several attempts have been made to contact you without a response, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

    Q: Can I remove your credit link on my website?
    -

    A: All website designs by MaddyNMe require a text link back to maddynmetemplates.com, unless prior arrangements have been made. When purchasing any of our designs, you guarantee that text link remains active and links to maddynmetemplates.com or any of our subcontractors, until that website is no longer published on the internet. Removal of this link is in violation of this agreement.

    Q: Can I alter your designs or graphics?
    -

    A: MaddyNMe Designs and its subcontractors retain the right to display your website, printables and graphics to show as examples of our work. Graphic designs may not be modified or altered in any way. All graphic designs, images and templates must be used and displayed as installed for you. Graphic designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, or claimed as your own.

    Q: How long does it take to install my ready-made?
    -

    A: Please allow 14-21 working days for ready-made templates to be installed (unless otherwise noted). If custom logo design or anyother custom work is purchased along with your ready-made template, please allow an additional week, possibly longer. You must supply us with your setup and login information for wahmshoppes.com, as soon as possible, to speed up this process. Please note that during High Volume times or Sales, these setup times may vary.

    Q: What if I need additional changes?
    -

    A: After design is installed, you will have 30 days to make MINOR changes to the site (if I feel the changes are more than minor, additional charges may apply). After the 30 days, a maintanance fee will be charged of $25 per working hour, with a minimum of one hour. Please contact me to confirm the total charges needed to make these changes.
